Cats dropped off near farms generally do ok, and even help the farmers with rodent troubles. Plus farmers LIKE being woken up early. xD

Still farm cats happen a ***ton, I worked on a farm for a long time. Even neighbors with pet cats that come back at night, they'll just go farm-to-farm during the day. Unfortunately it leads to massive breeding and there's already enough strays as is. (it's near epidemic)

Maybe the alarm-cat of KFH should be taken to a shelter or SPCA. I mean, chances are pretty bad it'll get picked up before it gets put down, but it gives it a chance to find a new home.
