I have a hesitance when in absolute darkness. However, I have issues sleeping if there is any sort of light at night. Kinda weird.
I generally need some white noise. Getting over that though since my roommate can't sleep with any sounds at all. I did fall asleep with my studio headphones on last night though lol. Which caused me to not hear my alarm and sleep in 4 hours late and miss my morning class =Z

I'm fairly certain I have a sleeping disorder now.
Woke up 4 hours past when I usually get up, despite falling asleep at a nearly static timeline for the past few months.
My establishment of employment was less than pleased about this lol.

Woke up 4 hours past when I usually get up, despite falling asleep at a nearly static timeline for the past few months.

I took my sleeping pattern for granted and never set an alarm due to previously waking up 2-4 hours before my typical work shift began but this time I slept right through it.
In fact I probably would have kept sleeping if it weren't for a phone call I got.

i keep a few ambiens for emergencies

My watch is set to 15 minutes more than the actual time. The idea was to use this so that I would get to class in time...
Needless to say, it's rather pointless once you're actually aware that your watch is 15 minutes ahead.
It's fun when I need to give the time to someone though. I need to think for a moment because I have to substract 15 minutes or I'll give them the wrong time.

I have like, 60 ambien in my drawer next to me. Very dangerous if I get drugged out of my head and depressed or feel like being a *** or something.
