Yes its VIT modded, i tested it and unfortunately that is so. The modifiers for the new WS are based on the stats the Emyrean weapon has on it. DRG one has VIT+10 on it :/

Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
