i buy most of my shirts online, and if I need a dress shirt I'm damn sure not going to ralph lauren..lol
now pants are a whole different story, but I don't buy pants very often and kinda run them ragged.
I don't like to dress mid-casual which is what those stores appeal to.
I dress either casual or formal, I don't really agree with that eerie middle ground.
My pants I'm wearing now have a large hole in the ***.
Safety pins, and a pair of shorts underneath rectify that issue.

What do you mean you live in the real world? Just because you can't afford designer labels does not mean nobody else should wear them. It may seem like overpriced garbage to you but that's most likely a hater opinion based on your income, I would be willing to bet your stance would change if you could afford them. As for guys who are to intimidated to wear designer clothes because of what their buddies might think (regardless if they like wearing them or not), well, insecurity issues there my friend.
