That ki allows you to buy a drop too from the plasma npc, so it's like buying a drop of your choice. And these nm are something that only organized linkshells can take down.

Just to put it into perspective for people who offers like 5-10m.
You would get 5m worth of Plasm (31.5k) just from coming along.
We also could take a THF in that slot instead of a buyer and anything extra they add to the pool is going to be a 14-28m Plasm item if you work it out against Plasm (Airlixir +2 100k, Accessories 100k, Armor 170k, Weapon 200k). We don't sell Armor/Accessories/Weapons yet but that's just their 'raw' value in plasm terms

1. As far as I know they aren't an organized LS, @ least not all the ppl I saw in the SS, "friends" are a possibility
2. Is not like buying the drop you want, not that they cost each 30k plams, is not a NNI fl-100 win.

Well "mini bosses" drops weapons/gear and airlixirs, and you can upgrade those...
"Mega boss" drops same thing but higher category why you shouldn't be able to upgrade them ?
But yea is an assumption, just whoever got gear/weapon can confirm it if the other LS That killed it first haven't done it already.
Megaboss Weapons cannot be upgraded. It was confirmed by SE before anyone killed but someone has already tried too anyway and they cannot be.

And who's arguing that their price is wrong? Afaik I haven't said/typed that or can you quote it? I'm just arguing that what you said is wrong, "is not like buying the drop you want"
Wait! you can upgrade the weapons with one of the paths from rank 1 to 15? IS this the rare/ex weapon or the ah ones?

Buying the KI could be compared to (in the past until we have more solid info on R/E/M upgrades) the lv 75 R/M and the 95 E, then the plasm you spend after the remaining trials to take it to 99.
