Windower Crashing Everytime I open another program

Everytime I try to run another program with "Run as Admin", my windower keeps crashing. Actually, it says, "Playonline has stopped working" but I'm assuming it's the windower.

Does anyone know why? I'm playing on 7.

I believe it's because of POL needing to have the highest priority of the memory. When another program asks to be run do you get a little pop up box asking if its ok to make changes etc? I found this to cause me to crash. I changed my security settings to to stop this as I pretty much only run a set number of programs.

same problem. doesnt happen every time but it happens. Also sometimes when i start it up it crashes at character login screen

I concur, it's UAC and I'm 99.9% certain. I have UAC disabled on my laptop and enabled on my desktop and only my desktop crashes when opening up other programs.
