is this a download only for pc version? i've looked everywhere online and can't find a physical and i'm not buying the xbox one, any links to a physical one (for PC) would be much appreciated

Yeah it's download only, unless you live in Japan then you can buy a physical copy for the PC; they also get a PS2 version so Square-Enix can still use the PS2 limitations excuse for not giving us stuff we want.
