Error 1719 On Installing Adoulin Complete Edition

Okay, so a friend of mine has been getting this error when she tries to install the Complete Edition of Adoulin, and because I haven't downloaded a complete edition before with an extra expansion, I'm kinda lost and unable to help her with this:

"Error 1719: Windows Installer service could not be accessed. Contact your support personnell to verify that it is properly registered and enabled."

She even ran it in administrator, but it gives her the error regardless. WHAT DO? D:

No answers? I still haven't figured it out yet.

she just tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it's still not working >.>

Not sure if this helps. I bought CoP expansion a long time ago, and i could never complete an install. I ended up buying another copy and it worked no problem. I guess i had a bad disk from new.

I even gave her my SoA installer after she reinstalled her previous package, and it still doesn't work...even when she used "run as administrator." iirc it said it wouldn't install under her permissions, even though she's the admin I think...

from what she tells me there were custom components fitted into her PC at some point, but I don't think that would have anything to do with it.

There must be something going on here.
