After about an hour and a half of hitting retry, I have finally made it to part 2 of the update.
Now I just watch as the time remaining started at 3:00 and is now 3:33.

Hate to state the blazingly obvious, but Adoulin content isn't the only reason to log into FFXI.
it might actually be days though.. looking at some of those maps lol people are gonna be lost until someone updates a wiki. D:
So.. Kind of nooby on this rar file stuff, what do I do after I DL the rar? put it in my xi folder?

Bunch of people should be updating BGWiki, and then FFXIDB Spawns/etc will be amazingly useful when they get up.

ya snow i know what you mean "i guess" but what in the game is worth worrying about getting on so fast for anyways? most everything pre-adoulin gonna be caca now anyhow.

I looked all over and have only 2 emails from DRI and cant find it. One is for the music box album and the other is for the SoA registration.

I am having the same problem. I've read and re-read all of the emails that DRI has sent and checked all 5 pages of my junk box multiple times looking for anything that might contain the codes, but all I see are the typical junk emails.
I was, however, able to download, install and register SoA without any real hitches.
I received three separate emails: the SoA key in two (mostly) duplicate emails from DRI and the musicbox code in a third email from SE. Somehow the SE email went to my spam. :/
However, I have the MLP message in my order on DRI's site:
Unlock Code: Your_MLP_Code_Will_Be_Sent_In_A_Seperate_Email
I assume this is where the destrier beret and chocobo shirt codes should be. I have sent DRI customer support two messages and SE one message, but I have received nothing beyond automated responses so far.
Please post if there is anything else I can do, or something I missed. Any info is appreciated.

Yeah, well I got it done in 3 minutes vs this insane wait time. I don't mean use MEGA... It's just some public website vs some legit company... You'd expect the latter to offer at least the same quality of service.

POL says u will be able to set foot in addon tomorrow on Thursday which is when it goes live
