Playonline Member List File Location

My Playonline went on the fritz today, deleting my 2 accounts from the members list, and when I tried to re-add an account, I accidentally set the additional password to lock it. There's 2 things you need to know though. 1) The password I set isn't accepting (I've tried litterally every variation on it). and 2) The member name I put in is showing up in Korean and every time I return to the first page, it changes to a different symbol. What I want to know is: does anyone know where I can find the members list in my hard drive to manually delete it? Because its locked, its not even giving me the option to delete it from within Playonline. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

uninstall playonlone and reinstall it.

you don't need to remove XI to do so, and it shouldn't take too long to update.

I think you should just learn Korean.
