I have looked EVERYWHERE, and the places I have seen something similar to it have been sold out. I'm in need of finding a real life Rajas Ring, or something that comes close. I've looked at merchandise stores, but nothing. If anyone has any info on how I could find one, I would appreciate it. Kind of need to have one by no later than 3 weeks from now :/

Thanks again for future responds and advice/help.

Google "Puzzle Ring" and that may help you out, the image of rajas ring sort of looks like one of those.

Really? Spiral/coil rings are a fairly common ring design. Try going to a jewelry district. Not sure where you live, but most downtown areas in the US have some form of a jewelry district where you can find cheap rings.

EDIT: found something online

Spiral Coil Ring (with three coils)

If you want something more high-end you can always try Jacob the Jeweler. :p

Thanks for the advice, Bacon. Isn't the Rajas a 2 coil ring? Just to make sure I'm not seeing it wrong.

Actually it's not coiled at all. The end of the second loop becomes the beginning of the first. Think of it more as an infinity symbol folded.

Sort of like this but bulkier.

It is a 2 coil ring. Unless your willing to purchase custom-jewelry or SE decides to release a jewelry line for FFXI, I wouldn't expect to find an exact match. EDIT: That site I linked it looks like all the jewelry is custom made. Sooo, you could contact them asking if they could make it 2 loops.

Hmm.. It looks coiled to me. We're trying to interpret a 2D image into a ring for christ sakes >.> lol

When I see the picture I see it as a coil/spiral and it just being cut and welded/soldered to the above loop. Since we can't rotate the ring we can't really tell if its looping or not.

The reason I say that is because if you zoom in there is a darker spot that is the beginning of the first ring "1A" that is angled perfectly to connect to the end of the second ring "2B"

If this was a coil 1A would carry the same angle as the middle and wouldn't go behind the ring.

realistically i dont think it would cost too much to make something like that. obviously going to want yellow gold, 10k isnt too pricey these days, and since there are no diamonds or anything, you are only paying for the stock piece and a very small amount of labor. bending the metal and 1-2 solder joints. That picture that Arana posted looks petty spot on from what i can tell.

I personally don't see the bands being superimposed/elevated.

EDIT: On a fashionable note. I wouldn't get it in gold. Yellow gold is very hard to match. Secondly I wouldn't get it as a guy lol It just strikes me as a woman's ring imo.

you can do it both ways really. the way it looks in the first picture, or in the little icon you can have part A/B connect to the sides of the ring so its flat on the bottom.

If 2B is connected to 3Z shouldn't it be shaded similarly instead of being shaded exactly like 1A? 3Z is noticeable lighter towards the top left which would pass to 2B if they were connected.

Though connected to 3Z or 1A it's still not very spirally and more of a folded infinity sign.

How many bits is that picture? 6? 8? Just putting that out there...and no it wouldn't necessarily be shaded similarly. Depends on the jeweler. Depends how the metal is polished and if it's more than one piece of metal.

F#ck it. Just get this ring and say it's Rajas. It's much prettier!

Anyway this is the best I could find. Maybe if you got in contact with the seller you could commission a gold version with a smaller gap.

Thanks, Arana. Not sure if you mentioned it before, but is there a specific site you got that from? That pretty much is the closest thing I'll be able to find.
