The set bonus's were being tested with varying results the last time I seriously looked at SAM sets.

Honestly, how the AM worked surprised me aswell when I noticed it, had to test it to make sure.

Example, he doesn't use tenryu legs
11.1*1.41 = 15.6
11.1*1.48 = 16.4
That's .8 and not .7

You are getting full 7 STP with AM active, but the full amount isn't added right away when you activate Kaiten WS itself. You can test this yourself eik.
I don't get why he thinks it's exactly .7 added to your tp return, when it's just 7 store tp...

Then it confuses me why I TP@99 when doing 4 rehits after WS when aftermath is off, but 100 TP aftermath is active.

Aftermath would be 20.9, which is still over 100. Even with your proposed .7 tp gain, it would be 20.9 so I really don't get wtf you're getting at.
No, with AM active I have 82 STP in TP set
Kaiten AM would be rather useless if it only added 7 STP on WS only

Then we agree.
Adding just 7 STP on ws itself doesn't reflect on its full AM bonus, because you gotta calculate with the 4 other hits aswell, this is why you didn't see where I was getting at.
