Help Me Add Myself Into My Own Linkshell

one of my LS members created the linkshell on ffxiah and now i can not for the life of me figure out how to get it on to my profile! i'm the LS leader and trying to add it from drop down menu on right tells me "linkshell is already in database" trying to bring up the linkshell itself doesnt help either. what am i missing here?
