Mog House Changes

Seeing as SE have hinted that there will be Mog Houses in FFXIV I thought I'd post some things that I'd like to see change in regards to it.
* Different looking Mog Houses, when you upgrade your Mog House (however that happens), you can change the look/shape/size of it. Letting other people come into your Mog House was great but it's like, "Welcome to my Mog House, it looks... exactly like yours..."
* Not have furniture take up storage space in my Mog House. While I know it gives "Storage" I would rather have put that stuff in my Mog House in the first place. I know what teenagers rooms look like and I know that no how much junk is around the place there's always room for me. Also, just because I want to hang my Nation flag up, you mean I cant put my sword in here, huh? I'm not hanging the sword on the wall! Also, people aren't encouraged to decorate if it's taking up too much space. I love walking into peoples Mog Houses where people have actually put some effort in, it would actually make different furniture worthwhile to get rather than 9 Armoire's and that's it.
* Not have Moghancements in furniture, find some other way to get it. Have it inbuilt into certain furniture, not everything maybe.

Can't think of much else.
