I did them 5 months ago. All they are is trading the temps from VW (Invincibility, unlimited aftermath, regain, etc) for players to do the same thing. If you're saying it's more difficult because more people are required to press more buttons and perform their role, sure.
I wouldn't say they are inherently difficult simply because you're asking a white mage to cast cure or a corsair to do chaos roll in a timely manner.

* Take 6 summoners.

* Breath in and out.

* Take 6 summoners.
* Have them call Ramuh.
* Breath in and out.
* Open the chest.
Never considered throwing Summoners at it like that... Sounds like a plan... Does that really work lol?

Arch-Omega is very susceptible to Stun, so you can Shock Squall/Chaos Strike him (obviously you need to use magic damage to get him through his initial phases, but Odin works on him too).
Arch-Ultima take damage from merit BPs even with Mana Shield up. You don't have to use Ramuh against this one but can pretty much use whatever you like.
I'd bet both are possible with 5 summoners and a refresher, but they're also probably possible with 6 SMNs and a pulse.

That sounds a lot easier than the method we used last time... which wasn't quite as pretty...
