Hi ffxiah,
In the edit character page of the site, in the pulldown list of countries you list Taiwan as "Taiwan, Province of China", which mistakenly indicates that Taiwan is part of China. Would you please remove the "Province of China" portion from the list?
Taiwan is an independent country with its own government, elections, currency, army, and defined territory; it is obvious that Taiwan is not part of China. Again, would you please remove Province of China from Taiwan in the list?

That's right, due to the misnomer "Republic of China" it is often mistaken that Taiwan is under the jurisdiction of China. However, this is not the case, the Republic of China (ROC) and the People's Republic of China (PRC) are separate governing entities and should be treated and identified as such

Listing Taiwan as a "Province of China" implies that it is administrative division of the country of China; it is not and never has been. The two are seperate countries. The ROC ruling body was forced from China and relocated to Taiwan in the early 1900s. Thus, the PRC as it exists today, has never previously and does not currently hold any jurisdiction whatsoever over Taiwan.

Well Puerto Rico is seperate and owned by the US...So why can't he have it seperate. The Cuban and Puerto Rican flag look alike too just the colors are backwards.
It would be similar to England telling everyone that the US is actually a renegade British state, and that they were cool with letting the US keep their flag, so long as they would agree that they were all still British.

Doubt they were aware of that political mistake.
Probably was given a tool that allows this type of maping for the /map on this site to work. I doubt that they were aware of some "political discrepencies" that it would cause.
Blame Google though. Admins use Google Maps.

WE never gave it up...check out the state flag of Mississippi. Alabama's is a simplified version. Georgia's was very similar to Mississippi's but they decided Stone Mountain was enough when it became obvious that people might actually carry out their threats to boycott the Atlanta Olympics lol.
I still remember those cheap looking little state flag pin sets they made to rip off tourists with at the Atlanta Olympics that only had 49 states in them...apparently Mississippi wasn't invited to their union lol.
And btw, the offical national anthem of the Confederacy was "Bonnie Blue Flag"...a direct reference to Texas.
