Updating Shell Types For Linkshell List

trying to figure out how or why the ffxi ls community won't update the shell types for members. I have 2 people on there that haven't been a linkshell sack in almost 8 months now, and I have a guy thats a sack now but still shown up as a pearl.

i don't think so. they're still the wrong shell type on ls community. it's strange though because i sacked someone a couple months ago and his updated accordingly. (on ls community then ffxiah)

They need to go up on the community website and leave your community themselves, nothing you can really do about it assuming you're trying to get an updated roster.

i suppose it could be a number of things...
log into ffxiah and update profile
log into linkshell community and update profile as well
if you leave your character on the game 24/7 your profile will not update.
if you dont have the linkshell somewhere in your inventory...again it will not update.
the linkshell community usually updates 2x daily at 12:00pst noon and midnight.
