I'm trying to get my GF char registered again on ffxiah but we can't recover her password old password.

we tried recovering twice but no e-mail pops up in her mail box.

she just tried making a new account email to register all new.
did not recieve that e-mail either
its a hotmail.com adresse if that has anything to do with it
