Anybody know of a guide that's actually reliable for blu 1-75 duo to trio because I'm looking and can't find a single guide that's remotely good, if so put link below pls and thank you

Assuming you don't take the above advice of course. Pet camps used to be a relatively solid option for BLU solo, but there's no reason to bother with that nonsense when you can take advantage of GoV.
