Getting By Error Code 3101

For some reason I get stuck at "Aquiring player data" when trying to log in and then get error code 3101. I know its something to do with the provider we have here where I am stationed at the moment because when I connect using Iphone as a hot spot I can log in fine. I however have limited data usage on my phone :(

Are there any ways I can get around this? For some reason, I got through it once and I'm not sure what I did or maybe it was just luck.

Ive tried loggin in with my Iphone and then trying to switch my connection back to the wireless here, but it makes me disconnect taking me back to the login screen.

Power cycle your modem and your router if you haven't done so. I know this sounds so basic and trivial - but I had a similar issue a while back that drove me nuts to the point of calling SE for assistance.

Sure enough something got blocked/closed and power cycling modem got me back o. Track. Good luck
