Royal Jelly: Crawlers Nest [S] Or Wajaom Woodlands

I'm currently at 97.5 (yay me)
Still debatin if I should go to either or.
When i was doing Dawn Mulsum I just stayed in the Woodlands since there was an area think G-6 where a big group of bees where....and they respawn faster think 5 mins....


Although since Royal Jelly is my main objective....
Crawler's Nest bee have a higher drop rate then woodlands....yet take 3 times longer to spawn...... hmmmm


Which is prefered?

Red curry.

Yea thought bout that...slowling running out of many from gettin the dragon meat :P

I just farmed in Crawler's Nest. I think it'll be a pain regardless.

Crawler's Nest has Grounds of Valor now and the bees should now be 5min respawn right?

Have a linkshell of some sort? Offer to make them red curry buns in exchange for any dragon meat they get in Abyssea/Voidwatch/whatever else. Friend in my linkshell was doing this to get to 100+ and we flooded him with every piece of meat we got. Some of us even threw in complimentary fire crystals. Just make sure to write down names and keep track of who sends how many so nobody gets jipped!

How are you running out of money? I just checked - meat is 40k for singles on Phoenix, a stack of red curry buns is 110k, and singles go for 15k if you're even patient enough.
You shouldn't be breaking the red curry synth often since you should be using support, and buns are at least a slight profit.. Even with price fluctuations and waiting to sell product, you shouldn't be running out of money. It's such an easy way to get to 100 compared to other crafts, or even back before buns were added. Even if dragon meat is a bit of a loss to you, it would probably be a better use of your time to just stick with it and then spend whatever time you would've spent farming jelly on making gil instead.
In any case, bees are terrible to farm for jelly, and I couldn't really tell you which area to use. I hope you have a thf. Good luck with 100.

I farmed in crawler's nest for royal jelly. really it's not that bad, especially if you have treasure hunter. I spent maybe a day in there to get the same amount of skill as you're looking to get.

The only advantage to Crawlers' Nest [S] is no competition. You'll be waiting a lot on spawns and the drop rate for me wasn't that great. Regular Crawlers' Nest is best, but then you have to deal with GoV'ers. Either team up and ask if you can lot, or go there when it's empty. One nice thing is the recipe skills you up quick, you'll get a skillup about every other synth, no kidding.
