Vit Or Def For Tanking Body

Anyone has some latest testings about Vit / Def melds for tanking body?

befor i keep trying to get double vit IV melded cuirass +1 i would like to know if this meld is worth it.

Your better off with HP if your using a 'Tanking' body, altho you can honestly tank everything in the game with just a DD setup, nothing requires stacking VIT or Defense.

Only thing that actually requires a 'Tanking' set would be Coincounter and thats because he can spike up to 4.8k Damage with 100 Tonze Swing.

What job are you tanking on?

I'd just go with a DD body then, or AF body is good if you are able to benefit from the Cover augment.

Like I said before the only thing youll want a 'Tanking' set for is Coincounter and that youll be wanting to stack as much HP as possible.

Sentinel's Cuirass with HP melds should do the trick.

Your better off with a Double Melded Cobalt Cuirass than wasting time with a sentinel's body. Sure if you could get the 2nd tier IV melded onto it, technically it would be better. But the fact remains that its both Rare and Expensive, and not worth using if you are only single melding it.

Edit: Actually scratch that, you actually lose 10 HP and 4 VIT moving to sentinel's for only a 7 Defense gain, Cobalt would still be better.

The block rate on it is worthless as well, won't even be netting you a 1% gain~
