the bc under observation is a good source. level 40 cap. many working setups- (2 nin, rdm), (2 blu, rdm), (3 nin) (3 blu), (3 rdm)

Not even 1 hr after I post this, a scroll went up, and was sold, first one in a week.
wow u have a dead server then every other server it sells avg. everyday
