Motionjoy Ds3 Tool Not Working Help Pls

My power flickered for like .5 sec eariler, causeing ffxi to crash, internet went out, but everything came right back up.

I went to reset my ps3 controller on my laptop, but the webpage for motionjoy ds3 tool keeps saying, unable to navigate to webpage.

Every other webpage is working fine , internet ect , can anyone else that uses this lend some advice, or is it just my laptop being a pain in the a$$. ty in adv
