I finished 9/10 quests, I can't find the tribune #18 in Waters fml. Been checking the ?? for 2 hours.
There's one by the Mog House if you havn't found that one yet. I think it's the only zone with a ??? by the moghouse
I found 2 on Aurastery, one at Mog House, one on Optistery, one behind Rhinostery, one at Timber Timbre, one at the Taru Times and one at house north from the Times.

Was thinking the +1 would be from finishing all the Aspiring Adventurer things in each city.

What constitutes as an event quest? I did all the Adventures in Markets and got 3 stamps. Is that 3 quests? or 1?
Each quest completed gives you a stamp, so you need to do stuff for at least 10 aspiring adventurers. They are in all zones of all cities. Completing all cities also gives you the +1 Decennial set.

Any idea of total time start to finish for the +1 gear, worth it?
I'll just say these are the most annoying quests I've ever done. The ?? farming takes forever.

Someone posted on wiki that Little Goblin's Adventure Vol.4 KI should be at upstairs G-8 (no zone indicated), anyone managed to grab it?
Edit: Found it! Apparently the quest giver only asks for two of the Key items which is why I couldn't find 4.
