Random Question thread (FFXI related)
I found that function in porter after when I was trying to find a way to modify the export text to show which slips I own and dont.
Make an outer loop for going through inventory 0-12 Nynja, saves you copy pasting like it's an excel sheet.

Its not like its an addon running 24/7. I export a list and unload it. It does what I need it to do ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Can't get a grimoire for Meeble Burrows. The NPCs just say their coffers are empty. Anything I can do to fix that?
You try talking to the npc in upper jeuno?
If for some reason, you tossed it in the past, you need to re-purchase it from the npc. As mentioned above, though, I would start by talking to the guy in upper Jenuo.
is there a way for battlemod filter to include other's pets but exclude trusts?
What are you people using Gleti Head, Body and Hands for?
Which jobs, which sets? I'm trying to see if I missed something. THF and DNC use hands for TP generally. Some argue for DRG to TP in body.
Technically best to WS in on DRG at capped attack too. Cheap armor for thief, bst for tp/regain sets. Regain set for dnc, all the jobs on there really.
Also cheap TP set for some of them. I have an idle set for all the jobs on them for Regaining, but Null Masque.
With all that PDL they become very nice for some WS on some jobs, but then again handling situations where you're way over att cap vs those when you're not is very annoying, without a manual toggle.
Now a manual toggle solves it all, but it duplicates the number of sets to mantain and honestly I try to avoid using them as much as possible, I have so many already sigh. I use several pieces for CDC on BLU. I was wondering: do you use any pieces for stuff like Evisceration? Not like Evisceration is particularly relevant these days but I like to keep my sets updated. I can't see it beating other options with Crit+CritDamage, except when you can make use of the PDL of course and you're not at crit cap. Meeeh, I just need to unlazy and run the Sim now that I have most Gleti pieces at R30, sigh, it's gonna take a lot of time and I guess I just didn't want to do it lol, I apologize. How and why would someone buy 4 KC at max gil (Asura AH) on the same char? If you had the gil on multiple chars and wanted to bump market price or something wouldn't you just buy one to hold on each char?
You can keep (not infinite but infinite) gil in your dbox by doing it
Plus it looks cute Gunslinger's Cape when using Phantom Roll (for recast-5) and then Camulus when using Double-Up (for duration+30)?
What if you hit lucky on your first roll and keep it? You dont get the duration bonus. If you're gunning for 11, then the recast-5 is irrelevant as 11 automatically resets PR recast.
Double-up doesn't increase duration. The initial applied donation is stored, even if the person wasn't hit by the initial roll.
What's a good CP camp for an unmastered player with trusts only? I'm only really familiar with the usual popular locus camps.
You can do 0-20 on Apex mobs at 20k/hr on anything that can do DD damage. At ML20 go to Locus Colibri or bats, or beetle, or dhalmel.
With trusts only SAM can do 60-70k/hr with Jinpu, WAR DRK MNK 30k/h, DRG DNC THF can do 30k/h on Colibri but less elsewhere. NIN and BLU suck at 20k/h, RDM can do about the same meleeing. Are some of the BLU spells weaker in regards to potency?
For example wild oats just states defense down. But Wild outs on a jug pet wiki states -20% VIT which actually seems pretty decent. If it is still 20% on BLU, It isn't bad for the mp cost/set point value. typically they're nerfed variations of the actual mobs debuff. in wild oats case the vit down is just -10

Near Foret #4. Moh Gates is another good place for early/low CP. I believe they're some of the easiest apex monsters at Lv125~127. (Apex Eruca/Eft/Raptor.) If I remember correctly, they're in the NE area of the map (enter from Morimar and follow left wall until you're past the colonization reive).

Can you still store crafting spheres in the Synthesis Focuser in Port Jeuno even after the Escutcheon is completed?
