a couple episodes

I watched the first couple episodes when it first aired on bbc america and wasn't thrilled. I meant to try watching it when Starz (was it Starz?) took it..but only saw a couple episodes of that lol I kept forgetting about it.

One day my mother ran and grabbed me and was like "watch this watch this watch this!" and lo-and-behold she puts the show on a scene where Spike from Buffy is making out with Captain Jack...then she giggled uncontrollably....oh mother....

Oh yes, you haven't lived until you've seen those reviews on the Star Wars/Trek movies. lol

First Contact was the best TNG movie with Generations/Insurrection being pretty terrible. Nemesis is just... eh passable.

All of them are thoroughly stomped by J.J Abrams lensflare Trek.

Speaking of Spock. Leonard Nemoy will be guest staring on Big Bang Theory on March 29.

I really want to see this episode b/c Sheldon has the DNA of Leonard Nemoy. So curious to see if the writers will continue that into this episode.

by far the BEST reviews ever done for Episode 1-3 of Star Wars. They are each as long the movie they review but god they are the most detailed and fun reviews done. Watch all his stuff, it is great.

Red-letter-media is epic. THeir star Wars reviews made me laugh insanely.

The part in he Insurrection video about "Star Trek: His erection" made me choke on my soda.

Personally, I like the Episode of Star Trek: TNG "Frame of Mind". I've always enjoyed it, not sure why. Riker is kick ***.

Some reason Janeway in last place made me laugh

Ugh I hated that woman, and I rarely hated characters on star trek. Well except Pulaski, and Reg (um the guy from the A-team.. forget his name). Hated major Kira on DS9, and Odo for the most part. Can't think of any from the original or Enterprise series.

Alright so as with the rest of the intelligent people here Picard is obviously #1.

I have a tough time picking after that because:

Kirk - That just isn't my generation, all of these episodes seem cheesy but as a fan of the universe in general you can't discount it.

Sisko - The first few seasons were terribly terrible. The only reason this series ever caught my attention was because of the Dominion War... I felt like the amazing story just fell into his lap rather than making it his own. On the other hand, episode 6x19 where he tricks the Romulans into the war is epic. I feel like as a character he's second to Picard, but as a starship captain he just doesn't make the cut.

Archer - Meh. I feel like he was the perfect actor to play the part, but the writing and storylines just weren't good enough.

Janeway - Lol. Her character was horrible and didn't have enough depth to really be appreciated.

Pfft who that plays FFXI ISN'T a total dweeb? I was watching Futurama and that one where they go to the internet and Leela meets another one eye guy was on and they had the star trek chatroom and the two guys were arging about picard vs kirk and looked like that..and of course Niel Goldman on FG had his picard vs kirk spiel....sterotypes FTW!
