It's definitely a useful improvement, but that isn't to say I would bring a Scholar instead of a White Mage.

You'll still need a WHM, but it'll make the x2 SCH Embrava *** at Legion far more useful. Also good for Neo Nyzul etc.

Anyway, I'm pleased.

Yeah, I'm very pleased with this change for my SCH. I would bring SCH over WHM to anything outside of Aby if given a choice, but unfortunately I never do get a choice. :P

Cure V and Cure VI are a waste of MP to me outside of Aby (Elvaan). Light Arts + Regen V have been potent enough to buy me the two seconds I need to use Rapture and Cure IV without worry. But, to be honest, I hardly ever need to use Rapture.

i wasnt inferring that, if anything it reduces the need to have multiple whm or need whm for EVERY event. Imo it makes it easier for me to solo Cealano and what not. less mp and charges spent on cures is more that can be spent on nuking.
