Relics Showing Up But Not At Proper Level.

I've noticed this with a few other people but it seems their issue has been fixed. The linkshell community shows my relic and my husband's at 95, where they should be, but FFXIAH shows them at 75. We aren't using GW client(xbox players, T-T) so it's got no way of being verified that way.

Is this an ongoing problem with a solution we can perform on our end or just an issue that will be fixed eventually/not at all?

I heard something about the only way that a relic will show up any higher level is with the GW client. Is this a fact then? I've been trying to get our relics to show up as their proper level for quite some time :x
