Wanted: BST Spellcast !

So I have been trying to use Xilk's xml but the PDT set doesn't seem to work. Can anyone take a look and see what's going on? I'm a nab when it comes to writing xml but I have a base understanding of reading it. I've probably looked at Xilk's xml for about 6hrs over a few days and tried comparing it to Motenten's and I can't find why it doesn't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I figured it out, I'm HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE....

I'm a firm believer in keeping things simple and it shows in my xmls. But hey it works for me. Credit (and apologies for butchering it up) goes to Xilk.
