All the locked doors inside Sea.
Spell locking and missing text when zoning. Not a "feature" but we all hate it.
Evoliths, hunt registry, etc... Pointless. "Event Skipped" whenever an enemy attacks you or a spell is cast upon you while you are speaking to an NPC.
Having to engage to a door/gate (as if it were an NPC) in order to open it. "Do you want to set your Home Point here?" when leaving a Mog House after a Job Change. Having to go to the Dominion Ops NPC every time you kill 5 mobs. The daily limit on Zeni acquisition. Traverser Stones. I think I have 750 or so. The waiting period ("cooldown") between Limbus runs. Prankration, Chocobo Racing, Garrison, Bastion, Brenner, Evoliths, Hunt Registry, and "Reputation" requirements for quests. Like Elan has said, Please get rid of the Hunt Registry and Evoliths. I know that SE really tried to put something into he game to liven it up, but imo, its a flop. I know that is good to have choice, and ppl feel free to do what they want, but to each his own I guess. Opinions are there for a reason.
Elan, Pankration.. I haven't played beast yet... Having beasts fight in Collesium, sounds still like fun, don't say no to that yet... Extend Zeni.. and Dynamis.. (times I mean), those are good ideas. stupid time limits on every thing. I.E. limbus, assault IDs, etc
sharing dungeons, abyssea, and BCs with people, this is 2011 SE should have instances by now. home point message when changing jobs and leaving MH people who AFK in PJ. the respawn time on some NMs, especially on non HNM ones, like morbolger. camping him against botters is incerdibly annoying. id get rid of the modus veritas nerf and jp midnight bs (every game day dynamis! also 1 day to complete ToAU)

just cause someone special made fun of schs i will say BLU should definitely be removed. /shade
brenner, ballista system
(needs open pvp /duel button on the main menu/ duel arena that will flag everyone as hostile as soon someone enters), garrison eco war windy the entire evolith system the removal of several useless nms ps2/xbox support and only make it to pc Mutual exclusivity on Ix'aern drops.

I hate the style of the job. Frankly I hate anything middle-eastern-eque in the game.
I thought of another thing to remove, and that's being spell-locked... It's probably a countermeasure against melee jobs AoE'ing stuff but it is so goddamn unfair that if you engage during a buff/magic attack you can't move until every animation on your character stops. Get rid of Einherjar and assault tag limits :)

Yes that is exactly the problem with it, when I was trying to get the items for the Shantotto Ascension mission I AoE'd yagudos in Giddeus, was rather embarrassing dying to Lv15 Yagudos at Lv75...
I'd actually like to ADD a menu to check what status buffs/ailments are on your target.
It would get too cluttered if it was on the UI all the time, but if you could check someone and then check their buffs/ailments it would be nice. Once you get use to a monsters JA/Spells and know what to look out for you really shouldn't have much problem removing ailments off of players, but there are some that slip by like blindness and I think would be cool if I had the ability to look for them instead of asking the melee to stop what they are doing and actually type :P! I just think it would be more like classic FF's in a way. Really isn't that much of a problem just something that feels like it's been missing. Bismarck.Eburo said: » I hate the style of the job.
