when i went to log on today i could get on it says there are no content IDs and when i go to cancel content ID its theres are none and when ever i try to reactivate them and erro comes up i play on 360 btw anyone else having this problem?

And before you claim it did go through, check your online bank/credit accounts. If you don't see a SE charge between the 29th-1st it didn't go through.
Once you've updated your payment information, then you need to reactivate the ID's.
After that you're golden.

It should be on the first screen in PoL under Membership Services or something. It's like the 4th option if I remember right.
