Learning Tourbillion

I don't see Toubillion often when I farm in AR.

Probably 1 out of every 3 runs.

Now Fulumnation (or however you spell it), I practically see that every run. What sucks even worse is, I have less than 75% TP to do a couple of quick hits through paralysis to get my HP back from the hit. Stun doesn't proc all the time when you use it either...

Couple runs I have done, I died from paralysis, and HQ Khim was at 1%...

I see Tourbillion pretty often if I don't decide to just rape it with Azure Lore+Bloodrake spam.


As for the paralysis- if you go /RUN, it will almost never proc.

I learned it on Salvage II.

I recently did a Tyger (working on Burtgang). I hopped on BLU in hopes of learning it. Tyger almost uses Troubillion exclusively from what I saw. He will roar and his wings will go up, then his next move will be Troubillion. He did this pretty much the whole fight, I think he did one Fulmination towards the end. I didn't learn the spell but this is the best way to go about it from what I saw. Find someone working on PW/Mythic and hook up with them when they do Tyger. Or build your own pop, its not that hard.

Do we know if SE has fixed tourbillion yet? I'm currently using 300% TP UL CA Bilgestorm to start my fights and would love to upgrade to Tourbillion if it works.

Yes and no... it will land on some Czeiak mobs but its not going to land on Kamihr mobs.

Ok so basically stick with Bilgestorm.

It's been suggested before but I would definitely suggest doing AR2, sometimes they won't use Tourbillion but I see both use it regularly enough, very easy NMs as well so that's 2 mobs who can use it every JP midnight.
