Shortened Macros!?!?

im on ps2 and my macros are SHORTER now and not longer like promised, now instead of "cure4" or "cure3" for example, now it only says "cure" now im only able to fit 4 letters per macro name! what the f**k is this crap!?

Found your problem.

yeah SE already stated to STFU about "ps2 limitations" and stated that ps2 is not the reason for the game being a huge pile of crap.

ps2 isnt the issue, my macros were fine before the update, this is ALL on SE's bad.

Amazing how much I post these updates yet there are so many people who come here to ask why it isn't working.

i just read all your post, they have nothing what so ever to do with my problem, apparently you didnt even read my post.

im not complaining about WIDE MACROS im saying i have SHORT MACRO NAMES that only show FOUR LETTERS vs what they used to show before the update which was usualy 5-6 letters but now im restricted to having to type HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE abreviations like cur4 instead of cure4, that may seem minor you you but when i have to rename every macro i have this completely crews up the game play, i need to be able to read wtf im doing and not be forced into using only 4 letters.

I don't know about you, but my cure macros have ALWAYS had to be Cur# because Cure# would never show the #. What Kalilla's post referred to is the fact that they changed macros for 360 and PC only, they didn't do anything to PS2 unless they magically broke something, which isn't impossible, but unlikely.

Post on official forums and see if you get a response is the only suggestion I have.

PC used to be 4 letters long before the update. Now its 8.

i did not hallucinate my macros for 7 years of playing this game with "cure3" vs what you said. now all my macros say "cure cure cure cure cure" instead of "cure1 cure2 cure3 cure4 cure5" THEY MADE IT SHORTER ON THE PS2. i know it isnt in the update but they most certanly did it.

Pretty sure it always cut off at 4 characters and cure1/cure2/cure3/cure4/cure5/cure6 wouldn't of worked

That was why I used C1/C2/C3/C4/C5/C6 for 8 years.

But if the PS2 macro palette is starting to shrink maybe it's about time to make that upgrade.

im looking at my macro pallet right now, it has changed to a smaller text area. all of my macros are cut off now. i would not have and did not write them like this. i did not imagine having them in full form all these years.

If you're macros have changed and are now worse; it's not because of anything anyone here did. Similarly, they can't do anything about it, other than recommend changing to PC. And hey, if someone thought something would have been posted here, and it wasn't - that's a simple misunderstanding, and there's really no reason to get upset.

This is the first time I'm posting so bare with me. When I used to played on PS2 I have always typed in "CUR#" If you use cap letters it will only fits 4 letters. I'm guessing Endoq must have use small letters, that is why you can fit in "cure#", but then again SE efff up a lot of things lol.

For cures I just put I, II, III, IV, V, VI. :>
gen1 gen2 gen 3 for regen.

And for some reason my macros are still tiny. Are they sposed to be? /On pc
