I can't imagine that this is a huge secret, yet I never see this information in any guide.
It has been receintly confirmed that this is true for all DoL jobs, not just mining.

Mining w/ 100% Accuracy

I agree, not much of a secret. But useful to know when you start out leveling a DoL job. Once you know your sweet spot and strike point it is easy to farm stuff. 100 mythril ore takes 30-60 minutes depending on how intensely you want to stare at your screen, and whether you want to add some quarry points, for dyes or other items, into your rotation.
Nice video.
but rare items don't need two strikes :o When I normally go out mining for about 2~ hours, i'll have 100% success rate, not a single loss. And rarely will I have to two strike something, and it's only because I missed the mark a little bit due to human fatigue~ I've never thought this process to be a secret though. It's something you learn in time IF you are paying attention to how it works. In time you remember the spot for items, and what the remainder bars are for them. Definitely will keep this in mind when I finally give the game another shot (which I should probably do soon before they starting charging...). I did a lot of DoL.

Have exactly one month until billing starts, should definitely give it another shot! Game has improved quite a bit. Very interesting video :) Wish I had known this as early as rank 34, I was much closer to 50 when I actually stopped spamming enter and looked at what I was doing xD...Thanks for sharing it :)
Not seeing a link to any video, and all mt filters are off. I think.
