I got a suspension the other night (LM-11 if that means anything different than LM-17)... The GM said it'd be for 72 hours and reviewed for termination. Then this morning i got an e-mail from SE support saying this:
and it says that i'm suspended for a minimum of 216 hours, which is different from what the GM said, and there's no 216 hour suspension on the SE support site. Can I assume this is a ban? or just go by what the GM said?
if it means anything, when I log in i get this message (says suspension, but I thought LM-11 was perma-ban)
also: If you hate me and just want to start ***because I got a suspension/ban please don't bother posting... I really don't care.
That being said, if you have any information that could help I'd greatly appreciate it... Trying to figure out a way to get my accounts back (mule's linked with my SE account so it got suspended with me... hopefully can change that if i'm able to get back). I assume the only way to do that is to call SE support and tell them that I got hacked and it wasn't me that they LM-11'd.

Well, just looks like a 9 day suspension according to what they say. I would wait 10 days and try to log in. That's all you can do.

was nothing major though... just a vnm pop thinger-majig, on your screen it doesn't look like you rest so you can move while you are, there's still a delay and everything. My guess is that someone saw it and GMed me, and since i had a previous offense the GM just suspended me right away.

lm-31 is perma btw, youll be fine just wait out your period if you ban changes then you might wanna start harassing SE
Now I'm confused... I was able to get on today played perfectly fine, didn't use any bots/cheats/hacks or anything at all, then *just* now, I crashed and tried to log back in, says LM-31, but isn't LM-31 unpaid fees? At the exact same time it happened I logged on my mule that's on the same SE account, could that have caused it?
I'll contact support tomorrow, but I just think it's weird that they'd let me in then ban me.

LM-11 is Temp w/ review of termination, LM-17 is Termination, LM-31 is locked account due to to many violations.
so many violations wouldn't be unpaid fees? gaaaaaaah. alright :x Guess i'll be yelling at SE support tomorrow.

Wow /laugh I thought SE didn't give a crap about people who use speed hacks and whatnot. It seems so common nowadays that you would think it's the norm.
And not like it matters to you anymore, but if you're challenging other people for ???s, when the NM is killed don't just stare at the ??? using you know what because other people can see you staring at the ??? that hasn't even popped yet. It becomes pretty obvious.

I can see speed hack just cause running slow sux, dosent really bother me now since nothing really worth rushing too. And for trading i just dont get it, whats so great to monopolize ??? over that dosent have multipule pops. If it bothers u that much to share u shouldnt play a mmorpg. This is just my opinion and i dont see any reason to risk losing 7yrs of work over now of days.

I think I remember hearing something about SE being able to check your IP or something to see if your account has been logged in from a different location. So I don't think the "I was hacked!" card would work if they could see that you haven't been logged in at that time from anywhere unusual, unless you blame it on your brother who lives with you but that's not going to get your account back in that case. I suppose it'd be worth a shot if you're that desperate, the worst that can happen is you stay banned. I may be completely wrong and there's no way for them to check your log-in locations but I can't imagine it'd be that hard to do if they wanted to make the effort. Hate to state the obvious but this shouldn't really be a surprise if you're careless enough to use cheats in front of other people. Sorry you got caught though. =\
nah, i'm pretty sure they check IP's, but yea... worst that happens is i can't get back on (i'm not sure if that's a bad thing...)

lm-11 is perma ban some friends that i know got this lm11 msg, it's the same as lm-17, using speed hack is kinda dumb, is very detectable by gms, i guess ppl will never learn about other's mistake for using this and teleport hack that can get you insta-banned, but starting again it's not a big deal, you can get lvl 95 in like 5 days max , including cap quests, just leech on zeruhn mines all over, page4, need to be lvl 11+.
