Could it be some form of sleep that lasts through hits? Like Dream flower from Nightmare mandies.
nice that they actualy listed moves for blu for once.
Sigh again SCH doesnt get any form of WHM ability loving. F U, S E. Other then that not too bad!
SCH Cure V can i has it? SE: Hell naw, you can continue to suffer!! Maybe later... Cura III for WHM! <3

You forgot about getting MaB atmas, can increase that damage to 200 with a magic burst! And I went.

The cura line is useless. I'm glad they adjusted the enmity gain on cure IV and such a while back, but I really, really wish my RDM or SCH could Cure V. I used to actually have options when someone wanted a healing job. Now it's just WHM.

Eh, if you're standing in range for whatever reason and get blasted by low-medium damage, Cura II is by far the best spell you can use to cure. It's not as much about the MP cost as it really is about the lower cast time, imo. Cura II has a cast time of 3 seconds, as opposed to 4.75 seconds Curaga II and 5 seconds Curaga III. Not a staggering difference really, but it's still there. Erm, im good @whm,but since you gonna be really top,can you teach me how to use the cura line spells plz? ^^

Cura is useless. i honestly dont know why they havent increased elemental for drk... i mean idk why they keep adding for it when its so useless. either make it do dmg on par with rdm or drop it. our mp pool sucks and so does our elemental.
srsly SE just give us a JA that makes our next ele spell autocrit. then "maybe" we would think about casting it. otherwise its just to proc. Or you could use curaga, the spell that doesn't require you put yourself in harm's way to do what you were already capable of doing. Hey, now it even comes in an enmity-light model, to circumvent another thing that wasn't an issue beforehand.

Cura is useless. I wouldn't go so far as to say it's completely useless as just very, very situational. I never said I stand in range just to use it. I've had a few times where a mob's moved into my range as whm and damaged the party. In those cases, Cura isn't bad. Otherwise, yeah I'll agree that Cura is worthless. Fenrir.Minjo said: » If those precious seconds are the justification for using cura, you're putting your entire party's safety in jeopardy by standing in range. Cura is useless. Eh, whm is one of the safest jobs to have in range of AOEs (primarily magical). As long as the mob doesn't have some annoying paralyze/silence aura/AOE or whatever, then staying out of range is mostly just for convenience. Even with that, though, Cura is still mostly useless due to the enormous recast time (~10 seconds for curagas, 40 seconds for curas). Am i the only pld that was hoping to see cure V for pld? not for nothing but we've had the same tier healing since 75 lil love , would help with hate management and wow i could actually heal myself again.

You'd want a cure that has the enmity of a tier III cure for "Hate Management?" Doesn't a full Cure V generate less enmity than a full Cure IV? lol. |
