Can I get arrested for this?

Looking like a huge *** (no pun intended) in front of everyone? I dunno, maybe? It's not as worth is universally decided, it differs from person to person.. I was just trying to find anything positive from the situation. That's the best I can come up with.

Besides, I think it would be worse to forever be labeled as the creepy guy that no one talks to until he moves a few states away to lose his reputation then pay a stupid fine. Besides, while being utterly stupid, I don't think someone should get sex offender status for this. It's only the adults and teenagers that would even see the sex stuff here. So you're that it's ok for children to accept sex toys from stangers as long as they don't know what they really are? The fact that children are naive about the true nature of it is half of the tragedy of child sexual abuse (the other being that they're pretty much completely defenseless.) Unless children are already shoving lollipops into places unknown I'm not sure how a weird shaped lollipop is somehow hurtful to them or remotely comparable to *** raping them.

Strawman fallacy -- Xueye did not argue that children should recieve sex toys, from anyone in fact. He's(she?) merely saying that since children are naive, they wouldn't see the double meaning behind it(Not that it makes it ok to give children penis candies). Penis candies are not sex toys, regardless of what they look like. Now, I'm not for giving children penis candies because it IS in bad taste, I don't care who you are. However, I've read a few people here saying they'd kick the ***out of someone giving their child a penis candy...why, exactly? You're sending a much more negative message to the child by freaking out and beating the ***out of someone over a piece of candy than having them see a penis shaped candy, imo. You're basically telling them that it's okay to resort to violence if you don't like something that someone said or did or gave you(I'm not exactly opposed to violence when it comes to these sort of cases, but I do think it would cause more problems than it would solve), and you're also basically telling them to be ashamed of their bodies, especially if they're a boy. I highly doubt a child is going to be more irreparably damaged mentally by seeing a penis shaped candy than by their loved one get taken from them because they made a very stupid decision, imo anyways. no, you should just suck on all those penis pops yourself.
The issue of people stating they would get so upset as to be violent about this (hypothetical) situation has less to do with the action itself, but more to do with not knowing (at all) the intention behind it if it had happened to them.
Here, we can clearly see the OP's intent is to be humourous, in an inappropriate fashion perhaps that is meant to be appreciated by adults and not children, but it's clear there is no intent on luring in children or being lurid to them. However, in the hypothetical case most in the thread are considering (they go up to a house with their child, and the parent notices their child being presented with this inappropriate-for-children-type-candy,) they have no way of knowing the intention behind this, unless they knew the neighbor intimately. Since most parents are protective of their children it is understandable some might be offended, and given some segment of the population is more prone to violence than others, I think it would be expected someone at some point would get upset enough to act out violently instead of just leaving the house in a huff. :/ OP is probably better off just saving those for their adult party, instead LOL. EDIT: And lastly, I probably got trolled along with everyone else, perhaps. :p Like any parent, I'd root through my child's candy. If I found it, I'd give it to my wife as a hint.

I thought most responsible parents do this anyway. leva said: » So tonight is Halloween and I bought some penis shaped lollipops to put in the children's bags, am I committing any crime? Crime against humanity and evolution only. I doubt doing this is illegal, it's just proof that your genes came from the shallow end of the pool. It's not really illegal but you can prolly be arrested for a day or two for a type of indecent exposure.
The idea is funny as hell but wrong on so many levels. I would only give those candies to adults/college students/high schoolers who want free candy tho. Feds came and took my PC, I'm ***.
On the run

Dunno about a crime where you are but it's in pretty bad taste. You must have the mental age of a child to think most parents are going to find that kinda trick funny, especially if it's very young children. |
