Some year, when this show is over, I'm going to have to buy the complete collection of the comics or graphic novels, whichever you're referring to. I didn't know they existed, though, I should have known there was a series for The Walking Dead. The only reason I don't want read them along side the series is because I don't want to ruin any of the future episodes for myself.

The comics are worth a read, but if you're in the mood for something now, think about picking up Rise of the Governor It's all about the governors story, so it won't spoil anything. The sequel however may do. I haven't read it yet though, but I believe the next one "Road to woodbury" would explain more than you'd want to know.
