White Stratum Abyssite Bug

Okay so today just finished killing all the T2 Jeuno NMs. And i go to upgrade it and what do you know, it don't work.. Now i know i've got all the wins because i always replenish my stones b4 a new NM, i always pop it and we've killed them all about 2-3 times. Anyone else have a similar prob?

You get the white stratum abyssite III from the continuation of the VW quest-line, not an atmacite refiner. As Darkmed said, talk to an Officer to get an alarum then go to the audience chamber in Jeuno or the bulwark gate in the past.
