Is it Shedinja? He's like ghost and bug, no? wait nvm he might not be weak to both those lol
2.) Isn't one Giratina? He's dragon/ghost.
Edit: There's also Sableye/Spiritomb is ghost/dark. Ghost is weak to ghost and dark! (Another edit: I don't think these two are right considering there's like a thousand rock/ground pokemon, rock<ground)

1. Pink Pikachu on a t-shirt on American Dad.
2. Kyurem. Dragon/Ice. Dragon type are weak to both dragon and ice.

Giratina is correct for the second question. It's a ghost/dragon and is weak to ghost,dragon,ice and dark.

upon reading it over, i think the first question may be a bit too vague so im going to give some little hints.
-you guys are on the right track, it's in an american show but think more towards little kids.
-and the pokemon isnt really drawn too oddly just to the style of that show.
