European Abyss Group, Looking 2~3 Persons

Hello everyone, i'm looking to find 2 or 3 commited persons to make an Abyssea Group. This is a serious Abyssea group, with somes fair rules.
We're looking to get +2 items as well as Empyrean weapons, we're looking for at least 1 BRD & 1 BLU, we already got the others jobs needed to trigger the different weakness.

We go every Tuesday & Friday evening 730PM GMT to midnight, but we think of other days depending everyone's availability.

Just, we're not an Heavy Endgame group, we doesn't have the common endgame mentality, we wont exceed 7 ppl, we will kills all the NMs in order to get KIs "with not much cleaving."
A planing is established every Saturday/sunday evening for the upcoming Tues/Fridays.
