You can still buy the hard copy of EP8, since I think they've done a compatibility patch. So you could read 5, 6, 7, and half of 8 at least.
They are still working on the translation, it's just that the head translator has a job that is keeping him busy. It might be a while :/ But they haven't given up yet! Also, there's another translation group for Higanbana no Saku Yoru ni, Ryukishi's newest project, which is around 25% translated.

Wow that's awesome. But yeah, and the translation leaves off at like a TERRIBLE cliffhanger too! UGH
I wish I decided to wait, and stuck with just listening to the BGMs online.

Fun fact: First time I watched an episode of Blue Gender, I was like 12. Up until then, I was under the impression all anime were relatively kid friendly. Scared the piss out of me. And I was afraid of bugs for a few weeks too.

I love Supercell, a lot of their music is rockin'! ...they do a few OP and Endings for anime as well as Vocaloid songs.
