As long as BRD & COR, NIN & BRD, BST & COR can play together I'll be very happy.

To help clarify and remind: Elvaan & Taru on one account, Galka & Mithra on the other.

Yeah that's the plan.

I think the biggest issue is deciding where to put BLU.
Originally I was gonna give it to the taru cause I took the suffix of "mage" to heart, thus giving the taru 7 jobs to play which is rather overkill even if much of the gear was shared.

However, I never really played BLU before until recently, and frankly it doesn't gear or play anything like a mage other than the fact that they use MP for their attacks and preservation.

So I was thinking of ways to justify giving it to my other characters.
BLU being dark, power hungry, morality forsaking monsters that consume the souls of fierce beasts to further usher their thirst for power and control (Fitting the dark aspect of Galka), or that the organization of the Immortals, though originally made to protect the Empress are a league of assassins of sorts, just significantly more organized and extreme in terms of human experimentation to further enhance their cause and ability to dominate those they seek to extinguish. A dark assassin of sorts if you will.

(Though it seems odd to pair this with COR, I like to think of it as leaving my mithra as a "double agent" of sorts).

Anyways, I know you all probably think I'm overanalyzing everything, but I appreciate taking the time to delve into my insanity and help figure things out~

blue was a tough one for me to think about because it is the one job in the game that is blatantly hume to me. If you included hume in your analysis, I think COR NIN and RDM all would deserve consideration in being moved to hume.

Yeah, BLU is definitely one that fits Hume the most.
In fact that would have been nice for jobs that don't particularly pertain to any other race, such as Puppetmaster.
That job is simply there as a hobby job and to max out on all 20 jobs available. Probably given to the galka for the sake of hand-to-hand merits.

So far my setup is looking like:

Taru = WHM BLM RDM SCH SMN BRD

Mithra = THF NIN DNC BLU RNG COR

Galka = WAR DRK MNK PUP

Elvaan = SAM DRG PLD BST

Curious question:
Does bard play as a sort of pseudo white mage in terms of post song gameplay, or could it technically get physical and sub dancer and still dish out relatively timely heals as compared to /whm?

That would obviously limit debuff song effectiveness with the elimination of TP from use of daggers, but it's something to consider if I decided to further balance the setup by giving BRD to the Elvaan and BLU to the Galka.

BST af quest deals with a Galka BST (forgot name) whos pet is an Opo Opo. And pretty much you figure out that BSTs would charm pets and just send them into war during the crystal war pretty much just making pets kill themselves and by doing the AF you learn to be nice to your pets. So I would say it is an honorable job.

Thanks for filling me in on that.
I guess everything is relatively settled except for the whole BRD & BLU thing.

Galka : MNK, DRK, PUP, SAM, BRD

Both: WAR

Elvaan : PLD, BST, NIN, DRG, BLU

Reasoning:
MNK - Built for strategic manipulation of the physical body to conquer foes. Galka's have alot of body to work with while elvaan's have a slimmer figure.
DRK - Galkas just look way more badass with a great sword or scythe than elvaans ever have. Plus Zeid (who is a galka) makes the job look too epic.
PUP- Something like MNK but with a cute little robot. I leaned into galka on this one. Plus with elvaan's simple arrogance I doubt their honor would let them fight beside a robot who does about the same amount of work as you.
SAM - this one was a tough call because elvaan's look great with a GK and their high STR stat makes them prime candidates for this position. But galkas have that one hand thing and i feel they look better in the sam's armor than elvaan's do.
BRD - job wasn't named as a used position, galkas have lowest CHR of any class iirc. but its a filler position and the fomor's in the aqueducts seems to rock it well.

WAR - Universal class. Everyone should have it :D.

PLD - Honor, Justice, and Chivalry. Sounds Elvaan to me. Look around San' Oria, tons of shielded sword flingers.

BST - Axes, I really prefer this on a hume cause axes never sit well with mythical creatures to me. Class is something like Dragoon in that it uses a pet to help you on the battlefield while not employing extreme brute force.

NIN - Slimmer frames than Galka's would make it easier for elvaan's to sneak around and be a more practical ninja. Simple as that.

DRG - Key word "Knight", Code of Honor. Elvaan. Giant pointy thingies.

BLU - Elvaan's have more mp than galka's, and the stat mods for some of the prime spells are higher for EV's also. But the real reason I went with EV over GK here was because this is one of the only AF's EV actually rocks hard and doesn't look silly in.

Edit : Remove NIN Replace with WAR for EV just to keep a balance.
Missed the Mithra had it covered part.

Not bad, but still that rage face and pose is more fitting for Warrior with an Ukon in hand.

The poise and grace of Samurai frankly belongs to Elvaan.
Ironic since they lack the DEX.

Also on a side note I'd like to thank everyone for taking the time to delve into my indecisive insanity.
It was actually really nice to see some like minded thinkers instead of being supercomputers giving superior numbers for each thingy.

They can... But the ferocity is more fitting for warrior. I mean just look at the job ability listing:

Berserk
War Cry
Retaliation
Aggressor
Blood Rage

Samurai is a lot more deft and graceful in their manner of combat rather than resorting to direct brutality.
