Yes, you can re enter old members using there ls community site link and re adding the member profile string.

new players and new shells cant be added as far as i know off.

Ah, I forget, we're able to sign up and pay a monthly fee to get premium FFXIAH support. Yeah, that really sucks for us to get shafted like that. Two months? Why do we even pay for this subscription?

Yells do not appear to be working from Ru'Lude Gardens.

Simple fix: zone your *** into Port Jeuno and try again.

Just thought it would be worth bringing to your attention, though.
