Acc+12, Sword+7, Haste+6%, Chain Affinty Boost

Edit: Some spells have different mods however, benthic typhoon has an Agi mod, so take that in to consideration too.

Aais for STR or STR/DEX based (and most everything else if you actually have nothing else, I use Maat's a lot to cover STR-STAT)
