Click And Buy?

I know this has been said over and over again, but it just hit home with me today...DO NOT USE CLICK AND BUY!!!

Click and buy has been charging me an "ISA fee" of 13 cents for every transaction that has been made to them...when I called to *** the situation, the person on the phone denied the existence of such a charge..saying "I am only seeing the transactions of 12.95 per month." When I asked to talk to a supervisor, she said there was no one else to talk to at the company.

Please don't tell me to use crysta...that is now a given and I will be doing so immediately. This is hopefully another bit of info to ppl playing this game that CNB is nickel and diming us beyond the traditional fees that we have been charged to play this game.

tl;dr: just one more person telling you to skip click and buy and use crysta...thank you.

UK here, I'm using Click and Buy to get Crysta... They haven't charged me any extra (yet!). Paying 899 crysta each month. I don't mind clicking a button every month just to add 1000 crysta. You can set it so you never have to go on to the click and buy website, so I've done that.

my thoughts on the matter:

I just went to Gamestop yesterday bought the card went home and it took maybe 3 minutes to enter the code and pay for my character.

Click and buy should have been PayPal. I know you can use PayPal, but seriously SE, WTF is a click and buy. Bad SE Bad!
