Mage's Ballad Quest

Hey guys, was wondering if anyone will give me some assistance in getting this spell. I need both quests.

Basically I need 5 people from Windurst and then 5 Taru players to help me complete these quests. I figure some people here may want the spell due to its high selling price or they need it themselves. Let me know if you're interested.
