This PlayOnline ID Cannot Be Transferred

Been getting this crap message while trying to transfer my account to Square Enix for 2 weeks now. Tried transferring last month and was told that it was because I had already been billed and need to wait until the 3rd of August before I could do the transfer. So I waited... and it still won't let me transfer. I call them and now they tell me that I've been billed again and now can't complete the transfer until Sept 3rd. Anyone else being told this crap? This is just rediculous.

My 2nd account isn't active because it wasn't billed, and still can't transfer. Its HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE bs.
