Not particularly; I get annoyed when Im preached to for sure, don't get me wrong (and I work in a nursing home, so I deal with a LOT of elderly strict-religion people who preach to me constantly). I just think if you don't believe in it, wash your hands of it. If you don't believe in Easter, then let the people who do, do. I don't see the point in stomping your feet and saying it does exist when it's not hurting you in any way. The only thing more annoying than a Christian shoving God down your throat is an Atheist bitching that it doesnt exist. Live and let live, I guess.

Oh I know they they believe in that, but we're really turning this from a lighthearted joke about easter/zombiejesus into a religion bashing thread, and that wasnt the intended direction I wanted this to go.

Dont get me wrong, I never said all Christians were sane, I've seen some crazies. But we have crazy Atheists, too, the ones who refuse to stand to the Pledge of Allegiance cause it has "God" in it; or throw ***fits cause Pepsi wants to put "In God We Trust" on their soda cans.

You can call me a *** all you want (I am a girl though so...) for thinking that both sides should just ignore each other and learn to get along. I think it's the extremists on both sides that make everyone look bad.

I was raised in a Christian household but was lucky enough to not have zealous parents and they let me hear what their religion had to offer and make my own choices; I only ever 'had' to go to church when I was to young to stay home without them. Anyways, as I said in my edit,
